« on: August 26, 2015, 10:03:01 am »
hey dude,

I'm also new to racking iron but this is how i rack.....
I use the same chest harness i rack big cams on the left top sling, small cams, offset cams and nuts on right top sling. Then arrow on my left low sling n angles sawn offs on right low sling. My peckers and hooks are racked on my harness which is a misty moutain titan,I put them right and left side on the lowest gear loop to stop catching on gear.

hope it helps!

Enjoy NNL suppose to be cool climbing.

Big Wall Trip Reports / Re: El Capitan double bill.
« on: August 15, 2015, 09:37:06 am »
We were hauling using the chongo ratchet system and put some cord on the micro traxion so we didnt drop it.
jonny put the rope into the traxion but never clipped it back to the biner spanning the top pulley. so when i let the bags free it loaded the traxion and popped it open luckily he had put the lower ascender on the haul line. so was backed up.i didnt know this so i thought all our kit was hanging on his piece of tent cord we put the traxion. not the best feeling i've experienced on el cap.

hope that makes sense!
glad you enjoyed his blog.
