Thank God Ledge: How many of you monkeys have walked it?

So, who's walked it?

I crawled it.

Do we even know of anyone who's walked it besides Mr. Honnold?

I got all the way out, 2 more steps I would have been home free. Almost fell off but managed to step back, then crawled it. Doh!

First time it was cold and wet, hailing as I crossed. So I crawled it.

Second time it was sunshine and blue skies, with the still, warm air of mid-summer. So I crawled it.

Third time... you guessed it.

Tried to, every lap up that route.  But never thought of walking it with back to wall--clever!

I could be wrong, but I believe that Alex Honnold walked the ledge one foot in front of the other.  That's what I recall when the film of his ascent was shown at the Banff Mountain Film Festival.  The cover of National Geographic is an image of him trying to recompose himself if I'm not mistaken.
