Yes, that's his job.

They are in order? Good, I didn't have time to check this morning.

Next up is Native Son and then WFLT.

Here is the link.

good stuff mark!

i wish i had the patience/mind to take that many pics.

it's a shame/blessing that LIA has the free section on it...  the route looks soo good.      a few years back, i was on the trip and there were some Belgians on LIA.  there were a few times that they were directly above us and i was a little disheartened to see all the scars on the rock around me that looked like there were put there from falling rocks.   is there much loose stuff on the route?

Hey Mark -- I was looking through some of the LIA photos and was wondering how you have the tail ends of the knots on your hooks secured.  It looks like it might be black tape or perhaps something a little more sturdy?  Either way it looks clean.

It's a strip of Gorilla tape. I thought it would at least prevent the knot from untying itself if the hook spent a lot of tim, unused in my hook bag. So far, so good.

Some nice lookin rock up there! Would you say LIA has more stellar pitches then the Straw or ZM?

That's a hard one, Lambone. It's mostly as good as either of those routes, maybe just a tad easier than ZM which was easier than Shortest Straw. As far as quality, it was good but I didn't think it was very good or excellent. I'd call SS very good and ZM good/very good. I'd recommend it and someone who was challenged right at that grade would probably call it a very good or excellent route.
