Best Speaker setup for wallin?

Man it seems like things change so fast in the tech world these days. My partners usually bring the toons, which I love.

What do you guys use?

good question.

my last three speaker set ups didn't last either 1) batteries going all nasty after leaving them in for a season 2) the cord breaking 3) the sound being less than quality, primarily in the bass range.

tempted to yodel, but prefer Eddie Vetter songs. More in my range.

I have done most of my walls without tunes.

Don't know why, but hearing the rock and roll of the valley is comforting.

i've had good luck just some radio shack clam-shell speakers (run off of AA batteries) in a mesh bag w/ an ipod.

That's funny Mucci, cause that's how I roll too. But I'm making this book for beginners and I remember when I started and I was more nervous every night, wondering what horrors I would visit the next day, and how the $20 fm radios that I bought at radio shack that ran 5 days on one battery were such a comfort, and when a good song came on it was something you really shared with your partner.

Lol, today I'd be like 'oh shit that song came on, watch me' hahaha.

Woot!
