look, you can't just go willy nilly posting cool photos up...

ok, you can.

This photo reminds me of a morning on Freak Show.  I was so relaxed. Just really enjoying hanging out and doing nothing as the sun filled the Valley. Probably the highlight of that trip really.

Not only that, was proud to be flying the Jolly Roger flag!

mini me El Cap buried somewhere in the colorado backcountry...if we get up it this weekend might be worthy of a rare sprayfest...approach not totally unpossible.

We failed, the line I want is not going to go free, at least not by me, but I got a gift from John today that will help with those tricky heads.

Whackity Whack!

Thanks again John, yeah cool!

Looks sweet, goatboy. Wish I could pony up for a trip like that. Either one, actually.

You'll need a chisel and/or punch to effectively place heads with that nice hammer. You can always tell when people haven't--what a mess. I'll bet ya the A5 "overhanging man" graphic has spawned more scars around head placements than any single image in existence. Words to live by from Fish: Remember, you are a surgeon, not some goon just haphazzardly hitting away on a blob of copper 2000 feet in the sky.

Sorry, a rerun, but I love it...

Say no to limbers, excavators and retro-bolters. No matter how much he smiles.

Good to know, goatboy. Don't reckon you'll need a butterknife up there.

Munge- Did you guys finish the Puke?

How was that 5.8? after the ledge?

I saw some bags and ropes fixed up to the bile duct pitch in 07

Free efforts?

Nah, that 5.8 was looking pretty wet with all the storming activity that weekend.  We were skeered.

the bags up there were from somone elses efforts. possibly a free effort. I'm not allowed to speak of such things in mixed company though. :)

we ended up getting drunk on the Glenn Morangie that Uber brought after drying out for a spell.

same trip as this shot...

Uber has subsequently learned not to trust gear in mud, unless it's at Pinnacles. lol!
